
Atlantis Consulting invites you to submit your abstract to the International Conference “New Challenges for Underwater Nature and Cultural Heritage Tourism during the Ocean Decade”, hosted by the AMU UNESCO Chair in Maritime and Coastal Archaeology in collaboration with the UNESCO 2001 Convention Secretariat.
The Conference is organised under the auspices of the UNESCO Chair in maritime and coastal archaeology (MoMArch – Aix-Marseille University) and the UNESCO UNITWIN Network for Underwater Archaeology and in collaboration with three EU projects; the the EMFAF project uBlueTec, the EMFAF project ecoRoute and the Horizon Europe project TOURAL.
As a partner in the European projects ecoRoute (coordinated by Atlantis Consulting), TOURAL, and uBlueTec, Atlantis Consulting supports initiatives that enhance sustainable blue growth, innovation, and entrepreneurship across the Blue Economy. These projects jointly address the challenges and opportunities of underwater cultural and natural heritage through the lens of digital transformation, responsible tourism, and environmental sustainability.

The ecoRoute project promotes the creation of smart, green, and sustainable underwater routes, contributing to eco-friendly cultural tourism in Europe’s outermost regions.
Researchers, professionals, and organizations working in the fields of underwater archaeology, marine conservation, tourism, cultural heritage, and digital innovation are invited to submit their abstracts and participate in this important international dialogue.
