The program aims to accelerate the transformation of innovative ideas related to the Blue Economy into mature and sustainable business solutions, strengthening the link between research, innovation, and the market.

The program is open to teams, students, researchers, startups, professionals, and other interested individuals who wish to develop or advance a business idea in the field of the Blue Economy.
