ATLANTIS Consulting S.A. wishes to sign a service contract for the design and development of the BlueCareers Platform in the context of ScienceDIVER project. ATLANTIS is a project partner in ScienceDIVER project (EMFF-BlueEconomy-2018).
The overall aim of the ScienceDIVER project is to create a structured/permanent collaboration framework between marine industry and education for the benefit of young people. The BlueCareers Platform will incorporate advanced techniques for job matchmaking using ranking algorithms and artificial intelligence, considering preferences and requirements of both parties.
The Subcontractor undertakes to carry out the specific tasks described below:
- Design the web-platform according to the specifications outlined by ATLANTIS.
- Design the mobile application (different application versions for Android and iOS) of the platform.
- Provide full technical support to ATLANTIS, for 5-years, regarding the functionality of the platform.
- Provide training to ATLANTIS project team regarding the BlueCareers platform’s operating system.
- The owner of the web-platform, its content, and the domain name, is Atlantis Consulting S.A. The Subcontractor is responsible for the website hosting costs during the project’s lifetime (until 31/10/2022; subject to change in case of an extension).

The duration of the contract will last for 10 months plus 18 months of free technical support for the optimization of the platform.
The call is open from the day of publication until 30/06/2020 at 04:00 PM (local time).
